Terms:

• Confirmation of receipt and approval from Animal Magnetism constitutes your reservation.
• There will be a $5 surcharge for all weekend and after hours visits.
• All vacation care services must be prepaid.
• Late fee for unpaid invoices is $10 per week per invoice. 
• There will be a $25 charge for each key pick up and drop off when the key is not provided at the new client interview.
• Animal Magnetism requests a 12 hour notification of cancellation. Services will be invoiced at the full rate if upon arrival client notifies Animal Magnetism of desired cancellation.
• You must provide a safe and clean household for overnights.  Animal Magnetism reserves the right to walk your pet versus spend the night upon arrival if the household is not safe or clean.
